Situated between the salt marshes of Vendée and the Atlantic Ocean, the vines of L'Orée du Sabia are rooted in soils rich in quartz, schist, and granite.
Négrette, Pinot Noir, Chenin, or Chardonnay are the grape varieties grown in accordance with organic and biodynamic viticulture methods,
allowing the wine to fully express its terroir.
